How I Met My Bro

January 1st.
Happy new year everyone. today is my very first day in 2017 and also all of you. I wish, all of you have a blast and may this year will bring you more happiness than sadness. Last year I deleted all my stories in my blog for so many reasons which I couldn't quite explain because after a long day I think those detail does no longer matter. I am both happy and excited; I am coming back blogging and express all myself in here. My blog is my personal place where there is non-judge mental self monologue and also my diary which I tell everything inside here. Last year I had so many ups and downs until I thought I've no longer chance in my life. But, I was wronged. There are many chances out there in many ways. Now I realized that I still had chance to redeem everything what I cannot redeem in 2016.

So here we go,
As you all know, I have a best friend that really close to me; which I think he is brother and more than that. I could not imagine how am I could be without this kind of friend. Azizul. We started being friend since I was 14 and so do he. When I was 13, I never knew Azizul was existed. Because those days, I was quite 'arrogant' and 'swagger' to befriend with other people in my school instead of my classmates and people that I've knew. So, I met him when I was in form 2. I still remember, how did we started our conversations. Azizul that time did not have friend to have a lunch together during recess. So he joined me and Afiq together. Afiq who started the conversation. They were chatting while having their meal. And me just closed my mouth. Until Azizul suddenly said, "Afiq dengan Alif sesuai jadi kawan baik". That kind of words still live in my mind. I answered him, "kau pun boleh je jadi kawan baik aku," since that, azizul and I were getting close.

He surprised me when I knew that he was in relationship with one of my friend. Those days, he such a sweet person I ever met. Azizul never missed to say "je t'aime" and "saranghae" which means 'I love you' to his girlfriend. One day, he got jealous with me because I was too close with his girlfriend until we were argued for a long period. If I'm not mistaken, we were argued about 5 or 6 months. Then we were began to reconcile a day before mathematics exam (end of year examination). He asked a few question about maths to Aiman. Then he sat beside me. I was shocked because he was upset with me but why did he sat beside me. Aiman started teasing us. And we began to back as normal and no more argue. We apologise together and things back to normal. It was like a new reborn of my best friend because he came back to me after a long time. Thanks a lot Aiman Fithri!

Day by day, week by week, month by month and years by years. We are getting close and closer. I will remember all your words that you've said to me. Thank you for always be there for me. Thank you for being my great listener and encourage me to be a better human in this world. I will remember this, you told me this last two years, "kalau kau out of control, remember about our friendship".

thank you for everything, Akim. I love you, bro.

Thank you.

Some people come into our lives and barely leave a trace; others leave a string of footprints etched upon our heart, letting us know they are with us every step we take. Life, sometimes it pulls the rug from under our feet. Suddenly, we find ourselves broken and unable to get back up. When I thought all hopes had gone, you were always there to sweep me off of my feet, dust me down and tell me everything is going to be okay. When everyone else had left me, you were the only one still cheering and giving me that little piece of hope to carry on. Well, that’s what real friends do, right? They are like glue that holds us together when we feel like we are falling apart. They are the anchor to keep us away. They are the wind beneath our wings, keeping us going when we feel like giving up. --- My 2nd semester, I met a bunch of people who I’d called them best friends. They came into my life and had taught me this one thing – the meaning of friendship is. My life in my 2nd semester went...

It is normal to feel lost.

Feeling lost, it doesn't mean you are hopeless. Sit down, take a deep breath and relax. First, don't compare yourself with others who have it all. Do not rush to become a better version of yourself. It takes some time - take your time to develop yourself.  Personally, it took me a really long time to be comfortable with myself. But then, I am still clueless. I am still afraid of what is coming next. But, I taught myself that it is fine to feel lost because this is part of my journey - to discover new thing in life and I should be grateful that I still have chance to develop myself. I put my trust on myself that I'll be back in my right track and everything will be fine.  You know, being lost is not a bad thing yet it is a chance for you  to develop yourself, as long as you have your plan to get back on track. If you are reading this, and feeling lost, I hope you will find your inner peace and don't forget to learnt to practice self-love. Because of what? Because you des...

Time flies --

Time flies too fast; I almost done my 2nd semester in matriculation program; my life changed drastically. I felt like I was suffocating most of the time having to cope with so many teenage hood obligations. Too many little thing have to be taken care of, the sudden need of having to socialize, and make new friends because my study schedule slowly paralyzing my ability to withstand the pressure. My college works have shaken my introverted self and everyday was tiring. A part of that, I failed to keep in touch with so many people whom I dearly care and close with. I have forgotten so many important dates; birthday etc. Stress is just a word because everyone been through it. But waking up after falls down is a struggle. Then I started questioning myself, my passion, by doing the same things over and over again. I lost my compassionate self at times and cried when it got to severe with emotional burden of being alone at a place where I have no one to rely but myself. People d...
